Services provided:

• Prepare the old computer for transferring files and documents^1,2,3

• Set up new computer with the following
  
  • Set up administrators and users of the computer
  • Remove unnecessary programs on the new computer
  • Connect up to 3 working peripherals that are compatible with the new pc (i.e. monitor,printer, internet access)
  • Download and update operating system software
  • Install any client provided Antivirus or internet protection software
  • Reinstall Clients' provided Programs on the new computer⁴
  • Transfer files and documents between the old computer and new computer

• Restart New Computer and recheck the following:
  • Computer start up time
  • Connections to 3 working peripherals
  • User logins
  • Ability to reach the internet
  • Programs that were reinstalled to ensure they are working properly

• After New Computer passes checks:
  • Set up Windows Restore Point
  • Create Recovery Discs or Files (based on operating system and hardware system)
  • Provide client with new pc folder data and program updates
